TICKET & EVENT POLICIES
COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Based on trends and regulatory guidance, we will continue making adjustments to these any potential COVID-19 measures, which may change at any time without notice.
STANDARD TICKET AND RAIN POLICY
The following policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly through infosyshalloffameopen.com, by phone to the tournament office, or in person at the tournament box office (not via ticket auction, exchange, resale or other secondary ticket outlet). Please note that this policy does not apply to any weeklong duration packages or suites. Nor does it include any tickets issued on a complimentary or trade basis.
If a session is canceled after one match on Stadium Court is completed, no exchanges or refunds will be made. If session is canceled without the completion of one match on Stadium Court, the ticket holder is entitled to a (1) ticket to the same session of the tournament for the following year. The Infosys Hall of Fame Open cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location.
*All ticket exchanges are final, and there will be no refunds or credits. In addition, patrons are advised that the Infosys Hall of Fame Open schedule of play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the Infosys Hall of Fame Open schedule of play.
EVENT POLICIES
Safety & Security Screenings
All individuals entering the property will go through a screening process before entering the property, including a metal detector and wand. All individuals are subject to the reasonable search of the holder’s person and belongings for prohibited items. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays.
Bag & Water Bottle Policy
There is a limit of 1 small bag per person admitted onto the grounds. Bags may not exceed 12" x 18" x 15". One empty reusable water bottle per person is allowed; no single use plastic bottles will be allowed.

Safety is of the highest priority at the Infosys Hall of Fame Open. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience with the safety policies and procedures as we take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of everyone entering the property.
ON-SITE STORAGE

There is no stroller storage on the grounds.

There is no bag storage or coat check on the grounds.

There is no place on-site to check a bag or store other items. Please do not bring any of the prohibited items to the property. Otherwise, you will need to return to your car or items will be confiscated.
DRONES
Drones, or any other Unmanned or Remote-Controlled Aircraft, may not be flown in the airspace above the event, per FAA policy.
PLAYER POLICY
Players announced to compete in the tournament are subject to change.
ASSUMPTIONS

By attending the Infosys Hall of Fame Open, a ticket holder assumes any and all risks occurring before, during or after the session, including injury by any cause. The ticket holder releases participants, the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.

By attending the Infosys Hall of Fame Open, the ticket holder consents to (i) the reasonable search of the holder’s person and belongings for prohibited items; (ii) the use of the holder’s voice, image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video program, photograph or other transmission or reproduction of, or at, the tournament or any surrounding activities for any and all purposes without further authorization or compensation.
RESELLING TICKETS
It is prohibited to: resell the ticket at a premium or through a broker or agent; advertise or offer the ticket for resale on the internet or in any other medium.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
No ticket holder or spectator may: a) continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose; and b) film, photograph, broadcast, stream, publish, transmit and/or otherwise offer to the public (or assist any third party in offering to the public), on a live or on a delayed basis, in whole or in part, and whether on a free basis or subject to payment, any sound recording, photograph, video footage, motion picture, film and/or other audio-visual content captured by any means whatsoever inside the Tournament site (except as is allowed in the Tournament Accreditation Policy). The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the spectator area of the Tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, Tournament vendors and Tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties. It is prohibited to: resell the ticket at a premium or through a broker or agent; advertise or offer the ticket for resale on the internet or through any other medium.
