TICKET & RAIN POLICY: No refunds or exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, you assume the risk of weather-related cancellation or postponement. One completed match on Stadium Court will constitute a complete session. On Sunday July 14, Qualifying Day, one completed match on any of the outside courts will constitute a complete session. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a session is canceled before the completion of one match on Stadium Court, ticketholder is entitled to a (1) ticket to the same tournament session the following year. Ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location is not guaranteed. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. The schedule of tournament play is subject to change for allsessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play.


BAG & WATER BOTTLE POLICY: Only 1 small bag per person is admitted onto the grounds, not to exceed 12" x 18" x 15". One empty reusable water bottle per person is allowed; single-use plastic bottles are prohibited.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Hard coolers or containers; Strollers; Alcohol; Food; Bottles or cans; Pocket knives; Weapons of any kind; Umbrellas; Tennis racquets (unless in a clinic); Noise-making devices; Video cameras; Recording devices; Camera cases and Camera lenses 300mm and over (small cameras and cell phones are permitted); Computers or laptops; Laser-pointing devices; Drones or any remote-controlled aircraft; Selfie sticks; Animals (unless a service animal); any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the Infosys Hall of Fame Open personnel, in their sole discretion.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE: No ticket holder or spectator may: a) continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose; and b) film, photograph, broadcast, stream, publish, transmit and/or otherwise offer to the public (or assist any third party in offering to the public), on a live or on a delayed basis, in whole or in part, and whether on a free basis or subject to payment, any sound recording, photograph, video footage, motion picture, film and/or other audio-visual content captured by any means whatsoever inside the Tournament site (except as is allowed in the Tournament Accreditation Policy). The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the spectator area of the Tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, Tournament vendors and Tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties. It is prohibited to: resell the ticket at a premium or through a broker or agent; advertise or offer the ticket for resale on the internet or through any other medium. By attending the Infosys Hall of Fame Open, a ticket holder assumes any and all risks occurring before, during or after the session, including injury by any cause. The ticket holder releases participants, the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims. By attending the Infosys Hall of Fame Open, the ticket holder consents to: a) the reasonable search of the holder's person and belongings for prohibited items; b) the use of the holder's voice, image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video program, photograph or other transmission or reproduction of, or at, the Tournament or any surrounding activities for any and all purposes without further authorization or compensation.
