Volunteers are key to the success of the Infosys Hall of Fame Open, and each year more than 200 volunteers generously give their time to help make this great community event possible. When tennis fans walk through the doors, many times the first people they meet are our smiling volunteers.

Volunteering is a great way to be part of an incredible week of tennis, to meet new people, and to show your support for the sport and the International Tennis Hall of Fame. There are a variety of fun ways to get involved. Please review the options below, and apply today. We look forward to having you be part of the action!

  • Infosys Hall of Fame Open branded apparel, provided by FILA

  • Tournament tickets to enjoy tennis on a day when not volunteering, valid Monday - Friday.

  • Meal, snacks, and beverages during volunteer shift

  • Post-event volunteer party

  • Being part of the team that works together to host an incredible week of tennis in Newport!

Tournament Volunteer

Throughout the week volunteers will direct fans in the stadium and assist with ticket scanning at the gates. Additional responsibilities include working with Clean Ocean Access to help keep the Infosys Hall of Fame Open environmentally friendly by ensuring tournament patrons know which bins accept waste, recycling and compost. Volunteers will need to be stationed when doors open and will be scheduled through the end of play. A minimum of 3 full-day shifts during the week is required. Volunteers must be at least 13 years old and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Drivers will provide transportation for Tournament Players, Hall of Famers, VIPs, Board Members, and other transportation requests, as needed. A minimum of 6 shifts during the week is required. Official tournament vehicles will be provided. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record.
